Habitat

Ecology: This is a diurnal species that lives in the leaf-litter of primary and secondary forest , and has also been found in bamboo and banana plantations, as well as forest fragments (but not open habitats ). It is a direct developer, and the eggs are probably laid on the ground .[1]
