Habitat

Ecology: It is normally terrestrial , but also sometimes semi-arboreal, and is associated with hill streams in tropical wet forest . Adults have been observed in rock crevices, leaf-litter and decaying logs , and within tree holes . Larvae are found in permanent pools .
