Physical Description

Species Chrysoblephus gibbiceps

Males are commonly 50 cm (Total Length) in length when caught/marketed, but may be as large as 75 cm (Total Length).

Habitat

May be found at depths of 20 to 50 meters.

Typically found in water with a depth of 0 to -102 meters (0 to -335 feet).[2]
