Description
Family Corvidae
A Family of passerine songbirds that contains the crows, ravens, rooks, jackdaws, jays, magpies, treepies and nutcrackers. Corvids are medium to large birds with strong feet and bills, rictal bristles and a single moult each year.

About 10.5 inches long, with a wingspan of 15 to 15 inches. Adults weigh about 2.7 ounces .

Vegetation: montaine evergreen forests, tropical deciduous forests, tropical lowland evergreen forest, second-growth forests and woodlands • Maximum Elevation: 2,800 meters • Foraging Strata: Canopy • Center of Abundance: Upper tropical: higher slopes, 900-1,600 m.; tropics. • Sensitivity to Disturbancet: Low
