Typically found at an altitude of 0 to 2,410 meters (0 to 7,907 feet).[1]

Ecology: This adaptable species is present in a variety of tropical moist and dry forest , savanna , bushland and mosaic habitats , and has additionally been reported from mangroves and swamp forests. It is able to persist in areas of partially degraded forest. Roosting usually takes place as individuals or small groups in dense vegetation (Happold 1987). [2].
